Squirrels and rodents aren’t the only things roaming the streets of Chicago anymore.

Over the weekend, several coyotes were spotted in the city and surrounding suburbs.

Cook County animal control says there’s about 2,000 of them looking for food.

The threat is SO REAL, there’s even a Chicago Coyote tracker, which records “coyote sightings.”

The good thing – coyotes don’t usually attack people and since they’ve adapted to the night, they avoid human contact.

But this could be troublesome for your pets, you are easy prey.
