Singer Skylar Stecker visited B96 recently and chatted with Tyler about her new single “Let It Show.”

The 14-year-old was not intimidated at all with the 7 million live viewers because she’s used to it – she performed in front of 100,000 people performing the National Anthem.

She’s done 150 anthems in total!

“I know the words by now,” she joked.

Stecker said she began singing since she was 9 when her music teacher forced her to sing at an audition for a talent show.

“Oh crap, I do not sing,” was her initial reaction but after she got the part she realized, she actually enjoyed it.

“I was just like oh my gosh, I like this so much, how did I not know about this,” she said explaining that no one in her family sings.

She also chatted revealed her album “This Is Me” is available on iTunes along with her new single.
