Want to get in shape? You have to try to fitness trend… CRAWLING.

Yes, CRAWLING as in crawling around on the floor, like a baby!

Fitness experts say that a few minutes of crawling a day can help you build strength, help your health and heal back problems.

So what do you do?

Get down into a crawling position, move both your arms and legs (opposite arm and leg), and keep your head up looking straight ahead.

Warning – it’s harder than it seems.

Chiropractor Justin Klein, refers to it as the  “new plank” and you know planks are HARD.

So get to crawling people… but not the type of crawling you do when your drunk.
